I rented a car from Berwick Louisiana. Normally i have no issues. This time i did. I rented a vehicle for 1 day but got charged for 2. Everyone keeps asking when i turned it in. I rented it about 4 pm on the 22nd of May and turned it in around 12 on the 23rd. I even have all paperwork to prove this. I have been waiting for 3 days just for the manager to call me back. This is pathetic. If at all possible stay away from this enterprise.
